Turkey’s Industrial Giant Sold to the French: Deal Signed

CEVA Logistics, a subsidiary of France’s CMA CGM Group, has acquired Borusan Supply Chain Solutions and Technology Inc. from Borusan Holding.
According to the agreement, CEVA Logistics will acquire 100% of the shares of Borusan Tedarik (Supply Chain), with Borusan Yatırım holding a 30.53% stake and Borusan Holding owning the remaining 69.47%.
Borusan Group’s other logistics entity, Borusan Port, will continue its operations under the Borusan umbrella and is not part of the transaction.
The purchase price was set at $440 million, subject to standard net cash and working capital adjustments. The amount will be paid in cash to shareholders in proportion to their stakes at closing. The share transfer will be finalized following approval from Turkey’s Competition Authority.
