TUI Launches Job Portal to Address Tourism Staff Shortages

TUI Travel Star has introduced a new job portal: link.

The platform allows member agencies to publish job postings free of charge. Agencies can choose from ready-made templates, add team photos, download listings, and share them across social media. The postings also include detailed information on job responsibilities, career opportunities, and sector-specific development prospects.

TUI Travel Star Managing Director Klaus Wilmsmeier emphasized the urgency of the initiative:

“Right now, there is no task more important than closing the staffing gap in travel agencies. This platform not only serves as a direct meeting point for new trainees, career changers, and experienced employees, but also demonstrates how diverse and attractive jobs in tourism can be.”
