As the presidential aircraft landed at Stansted Airport near London, Donald Trump descended the steps with his wife Melania — only to be greeted by a giant banner displaying a photo linking him to Jeffrey Epstein, who was accused of running a child sex trafficking ring and later declared dead in prison. That evening, the same photo was projected onto the walls of Windsor Castle.
Protests against Trump are expected to continue in both Windsor and London. The London demonstration will start in front of the BBC and end at Parliament Square.
During his visit, Trump will meet King Charles III at Windsor Castle and later hold talks with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer at Chequers, the rural prime ministerial residence in Aylesbury.
