The project allows for either a 32-hour, four-day workweek or a 35-hour, five-day schedule.
Tested and Approved Examples from Poland
Some employers have already started to reduce working hours. Companies and institutions such as Herbapol Poznań, and the municipalities of Włocławek, Ostrzeszów, Świebodzice, and Leszno are just a few examples of those taking this step.
