Inflation in the EU Zone Remains Steady at 2% as the Euro Loses Value Against the Dollar

Consumer prices rose by 2% year-on-year in July, the same rate as in June. On a monthly basis, prices remained flat.
Among member states, Estonia and Croatia recorded the highest annual inflation rates at 5.6% and 4.5% respectively, while France and Southern Cyprus registered the lowest, at 0.9% and 0.1%.
