Heatwave Sweeps Across Europe

France, Spain, and Italy Brace for Record Temperatures

Many countries across the continent are facing temperatures of 40°C or higher. Overall, temperatures in Europe are hovering 5–10°C above normal.

Due to the intense heatwave, warnings have been issued for cities like Paris and Rome throughout the weekend and into next week.

The heatwave in Western Europe has now extended to the southeastern parts of the continent as well.
