Denmark Calls on EU to Review Spain’s Plan to Grant Legal Status to 600,000 Undocumented Migrants

Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen accused Madrid of doing “almost the exact opposite” of what other EU countries are doing.

At the EU Leaders’ Summit, Frederiksen directly challenged Madrid’s migration policy by calling on the European Commission to scrutinize Spain’s plan to legalize the status of 600,000 undocumented migrants.
