According to Turkey’s “2025 Benefits & Wellbeing Survey”, private health insurance (97%) and meal allowances (96%) are the most common employee benefits, while only 25% of companies currently offer a flexible benefits program. The research also revealed that hybrid work has become the new standard, adopted by 73% of companies.
The study found that 32.1% of companies have a comprehensive wellbeing strategy, while one in five still have no initiatives in this area. However, awareness is rising rapidly — 71% of participating companies plan to increase their wellbeing budgets in line with inflation, and 29% plan to exceed that rate.
